Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä palvelu. Hyvä sijainti ja hienot yleiset tilat. Huoneemme kokolattiamatto ja vesihanojen ja erityisesti suihkun heikot vedenpaineet eivät vastanneet hotellin muuta tasoa. Em. puutteiden johdosta hotellin hintataso ei täysin vastannut laatua ja 5 tähden luokitus oli liian korkea. |

It was expensive but all the hotels in sweden and norway were expensive. The first room was small and we had to pay more to upgrade to a larger room. And it was worthwhile for us. |

Everything except the price!!! Only the price but then I think everything in Sweden is expensive. Also the restaurant serves Nouvelle Cuisine. I went in hungry and came out hungry. |

The room was dirty! The dust has not be cleaned fromn the shelves and definately toilet has not been cleaned after the previous quest left. |

The pictures of the rooms are not what you get. The hotel blamed it on Bookings.com. They would not give us the room promised unless we paid an additional 200SEK. The superior rooms are the size of a closet. Also most rooms have windows that do not open or open onto interior space. Not good with no Air-conditioning. |

I was very disappointed to find the restaurant closed and that the bar was to close early. We travelled with a baby and at no point on the booking.com website or hotel website were we told that as it was midsummer the hotel facilities would be curtailed. The staff just shrugged their shoulders and offered no apology. |

Læget var mycket bra,næra till allt i centrum. Frukosten var mycket bra å god. Åt middag på hotellets resturang på kvællen och det kan rekommenderas- mkt gott å fin service från personalen. Kunde inte øppna fønstret på hotellrummet. Varmt på natten å ingen møjlighet att vædra. |

Mycket trevlig personal i receptionen, fantastisk frukost. Rummet var snyggt och fräscht men dock väldigt litet. Vi hade förväntat oss ett större rum på Elite Plaza, speciellt då vi valt ett rum över normalstandard (kommer inte ihåg benämningen). |
