Located in the city centre, the hotel is within walking distance of shops and entertainment, as well as being next to the convention centre, making it ideal for both business and leisure guests.

For business, the hotel has 46 conference rooms that can cater for up to 1500 people, and for leisure, it is situated next to the popular amusement park Liseberg, the Museum of World Cultures and the science centre Universeum.

With 23 floors the hotel is not only the largest in Scandinavia, but it offers unique, panoramic views of the city of Göteborg. On the top floor you will find the critically acclaimed Heaven 23 restaurant and sky bar, with magnificent views. The lobby restaurant and Incontro bar offer exciting and delicious combination of dishes with a touch of Italy.

Hotel information

Our conference department Göteborg Convention Centre offers a unique possibility for meetings, events and congress organizers to take advantage of a total of 48 conference rooms that fits up to 1500 delegates, a perfect alternative for both smaller and larger meetings. The banqueting hall seats 1100 guests for dinner. The hotel also have direct access to the Swedish Exhibition Centre.

Food & beverage

Heaven 23 Restaurant & Skybar, on the 23rd floor, will tempt your palate with everything from Sweden's famous west-coast seafood to new, trendy dishes and exciting gastronomic sensations.

Lobby restaurant Incontro is a place where people from near and far come together at all hours of the day and night. The restaurant serves delicious Italian dishes and the bar is a popular venue for mingling, as well as perfect for a large cocktail party or simply a tête-à-tête over drinks.

Breakfast restaurant Estrad on 2nd floor with top design and flexible planning seats 700 guests. Apart from being the breakfast area for our hotel guests it is also a perfect party venue and a lunch restaurant for our congress and conference delegates.

Room information

Hotel Gothia Towers has 704 rooms, of which 410 are in Gothia West Tower and 294 rooms in Gothia East Tower. The majority of the rooms have twin beds.

Economy Rooms: Limited view from lower floors, otherwise same as standard rooms.

Standard Rooms: A spacious room (25 m2) with 2 beds, each bed is 105 cm wide, or a queen-size bed.

Sky Design Rooms: Situated on floors 14 -16 in the East Towers, Sky Design guests are entitled to a number of different benefits: 1 free movie, free newspaper to collect from the front desk and 10% discount in Incontro when showing your key card (excluding beverages).

Sky Executive Rooms: Situated on the top floors in the West Tower, Sky Executive guests are entitled to several benefits for that special touch during the stay: Fantastic view, 1 free movie, free room service charge, free solarium, 10% discount in Incontro when showing your key card (excluding beverages), free newspaper to collect at the front desk and VIP breakfast with an excellent view. Sky Executive guests can now enjoy a panoramic view from the lift in the hotel's glass elevator, which brings guests exclusively to floors 18-22 and Heaven 23.

The charged us with extra costs for using the TV, even though we didn't use this facility, The menu on the TV was very difficult to use, and it takes skill to avoid paying.

The reception and bar staff were very pleasent and helpful, the breakfast had a good choice and the location was very good

The room was not very clean, although it was surface tidy the corners and windows were not clean and the bathroom was basic at best.

That it was close to Scandinavium arena

The staff wasn't always friendly. There was a worlds championships figure skating taking place at the same period of time, and we - the guests - were treated as annoying yet inevitable add on. We couldn't use elevators on certain days in the lobby, we had to eat in a different restaurant (while hotel information didn't mention it), we were asked 'where is your pass?' , 'where are you going?' t

Room is fair, breakfast poor and breakfast room like a stable.

Room was not ready until 15.00 whilst check-out is 12.00. Front desk staff needs a charming course.

The hotel is really beautiful, large and in true Swedish fashion very contemporary

The room I only felt was a slight let down, quite basic compared to the grand ambiance of the rest of the hotel

Utsikten! Bodde på 19e vån och åt frukost på 23e, vi såg hela Göteborg känns det som! Vi fick en liten "present" i form av vin o choklad och det var mkt uppskattat. Jättebra att man kunde avsluta en fantastisk dag på pub/restaurang Heaven 23 istället för att behöva gå ut i kylan.

Inte helt självklart att förstå hur proppen i badkaret skulle "fästas"

Sehr schön designtes Zimmer, zentrale Lage, nette Bars im Hotel. Fairer Preis, vielfältiges Frühstück.

Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht 100 %, Frühstückssaal am Sonntag zu überlaufen.Nur geschlechtlich getrennter Wellnessbereich, konnte den nicht zusammen mit meiner Frau nutzen
