Clean rooms, friendly staff.
The rooms were very cold, and we could not turn on heating.

Central location. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. My room was great, in Scandinavian style, comfortable. It was toward back, so deeply silent. It was the less expensive hotel during my journey in Scandinavia, and the best. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great. There were some refurbishments being done at the time, which made the entrance to the hotel a little confusing and hard to find at first, but not too bad though. |

The location is good, near to the station. The staff is nice, and the location is quite good. However, the room is not so good, it is small and the air is not fresh in the room. Furthermore, the room is hot during the summer time, and the wireless does not work very well. |

Large flat screen TV at foot of bed. There was some construction going on around the hotel that was not intrusive noisewise but visually unappealing.It seemed to be connected with upgrading the hotel. |

Convenient location Despite my specific request I was not informed by the staff that my lost luggage had been delivered to the hotel overnight. Next morning I had to go to the airport to catch a flight to Helsinki (then Australia) and was told that the luggage had been sent to the hotel., SAS therefore had to arrange for urgent delivery of the luggage to the airport so it could go on the flight with me. Not happy. |

The location and room The rooms on my floor were very noisy. Inspite of complaints the rowdisim did not stop. Could not sleep at all. Wasted my money on a hotel for that night |
