The room (Superior Double) was lovely, the bed was so comfy and cheap for the time I booked it. No baths in the rooms only showers. Big disappointment. |

The rooms are very large and modern.And the hotel is very close to the main train station. My toilet had been used and not cleaned before I check-in. At breakfast there were no staff to clean tables, which resulted in all the tables having dirty plates on them. |

Staff, reception and breakfast were excellent The room was in the old part of the hotel and not up to the standard I expected. Felt remote and cut off not what UK hotels would offer female guests. |

Great location, nice breakfast buffet. Definitively not a hotel that should be considered a a four star, leaving aside its location.There was an enormous scafolding covering the whole side facade and a terrible smell of painting invading the room. The furniture was again totally inappropiate for an hotel of such supossedly high category. Pricey in comparison. |
