flott akvarium i foajen, på vårt rom var det hjørnevinduer noe som ga en romslig følelse. Hotellet lå skjermet i et stille område samtidig som det lå veldig sentralt jeg syntes madrassen var klam å ligge på. |

This is an extremely expensive hotel at peak times but is very central to Stockholm I had to go back to the front desk 3x to get the card key to work for the lift and room door |

Great experience of ice bar. Great food. Hotel is in perfect location, next to Arlanda express. We expected to spend my birthday with my boyfriend in the nice hotel and, of course, nice room. I wasn't very impressed with the room in relation to the price we paid. The room reminded me of a soviet hospital, and it's far from 4 stars, would say 2 possibly 3 at the most. |

Nice enough hotel, great location, comfortable... ... But did not want to wait around for 10 mins at 1150 pm while clerk checked with boss about (prepaid) room availability. Breakfast room ludicrously overcrowded. |

The reception staff were so efficient and helpful. The room was spotless even though it was on the small side. Exactly as seen in the web. First class breakfast and great bars at a very reasonable rate. There are so many security systems in place, you almost feel like you are in prison, even though I am sure it is for the clients benefit. |
