Everything! However, as I upgraded my booking to a suite, there couldn't be anything to complain about except that the maids got a bit antsy as I spent a morning working in the room and they obviously wanted to be done!. Other than that it was wonderful! Very helpful reception desk. Great central location too. Only that for some strange reason, the bar serves only one kind of vodka - horrible Russian rocket fuel. What is wrong with Absolut? It is Swedish! |

Centrally located with good communications, very helpful staff, free wi-fi and a modern hotel room. The breakfast felt somewhat sparse in selection. The lack of a proper door for the bathroom, the existing glass door looks very stylish but offer no privacy. |

Comfy beds It was advertised as 4 star. In my opinion it was not. No lounge to relax in on a rainy day, no comfortable bar for a drink before going out to dinner. No dinner!! A balacony that you could not sit out on! as it was too small to swing a cat. |

Very good & clean room, quiet and typically scandinavian design which is to my liking and comfortable bed. Breakfast included is above the usual at this price of rooms in Stockholm. The only minir complaint is the glass shower door did not close properly thus sending a bit too much water into the main bathroom...very little complaint! |

It was close to the center, quiet neighborhood, very friendly staff, good breakfast the heating of the rooms. I was freezing and the staff couldn't find the switch on of the heater. I think the hotel could do something to improve the temperature in the rooms. |

The friendly staff and the central location. Breakfast was only until 10 and maybe they should try and have the Bar/café open to public, it's a nice place! |
