The location is perfect to move walking. The bed was excellent

In general the room was small to be a 5 stars hotel and the bathroom too. For this kind of room the price is a little be over price

The location, comfort and service. I think it would be perfect to have a more visible concierge in the lobby (getting brochures and questions answered more easily)

Checking-in was very slow. It should be more clearly indicated that some desks are decicated to check in and other for check out. To my observation, several customers wasted their time in the wrong line.

Large, very comfortable room

The corridor outside the room was a bit noisy, woke up a few times to the banging of the doors

No bathrobes in room tho stated that these were supplied. Could have asked for one to be sent up tho' didn't. Would have used it had it been in room as stated. Toiletries not replenished on day 2 of stay. As I was "travelling light" this was disappointing.

The location was superb.

The mini-bar was not refilled upon arrival. We had to change from a superior room to smaller room (due to availability) when we wanted a non smoking room but we still had to pay superior room rates.
