centrally located rude staff, the hotel outside, its design looks poor. I highly recommend to take room with view, otherwise your view will be little backyard. Check-in is not earlier than 2pm, breakfast is not included and very expensive; you can find much better (and cheaper) things to eat just crossing the street - the most famous shopping walking street is just right near. Also, during Xmas Stockholm is boring. |

Friendly staff, all were approachable and smiling. Room was spotless clean on arrival and after the cleaning was done eachday. Plenty of staff. |

The location is perfect to move walking. The bed was excellent In general the room was small to be a 5 stars hotel and the bathroom too. For this kind of room the price is a little be over price |

The location, comfort and service. I think it would be perfect to have a more visible concierge in the lobby (getting brochures and questions answered more easily) Checking-in was very slow. It should be more clearly indicated that some desks are decicated to check in and other for check out. To my observation, several customers wasted their time in the wrong line. |
