Good service in reception, the is as it is described - a good 3 star accommodation. Nothing less, nothing more. Nice breakfast in a breakfast room with a view over the roof tops. |

The location was good, friendly services, nice breakfast. Well, hotel prices in Stockholm are rather absurd - so within these conditions, the price was good, but in contrast to other European countries (e.g. Germany, Spain, not to speak of Eastern Europe) it was quite expensive for what we got. |

It was a room The staff seemed cold and impersonal, the room was cramped and not good value for the money. When you pay a 4 star price you expect a 4 star room a comfortable bed, friendly staff, maybe even a minibar in the room. they offer none of the above. Not a great value |

The breakfast is excellent, the free internet and the look of the rooms - clean and simple. Well located and with many WC facilities in the hotel. The mattress was way too soft for my back, the staff is not as friendly as described in your website. The cleaning ladies were fine. The lack of TV chanels as well. |

The breakfasts were really great - excellent variety and quality of food. Rooms clean and comfortable. View of the park from the window. Our room didn't quite look as good as the pictures on-line, but other friends were also staying there and their rooms did look the ones shown on-line. Having said that though, the room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Sweden is an expensive place and as this is the first time I have been there, I have nothing to compare with, however, the price is very expensive for what is a basic hotel. |
