The location, the lobby.

The corridor leading up to my room, and the room itself, were not particularly clean. There was something that looked liked dried blood on the corridor floor. And the bed was very small.

I stayed at economy standard, which were quite value for money. The room has a kitchen, a refrigeratorr and a microwave and I can cook easy-to-cook meals.

There weren't no pots and pans in the rooom.

Good location, at the centrum

We got a reduced price via booking.com ,so it was fair enougth value for money, its ordinary price is too much regarding facilities.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of good quality.

Being American I never did like the idea of having to use a room key to operate an elevator from the garage to the lobby. Especially difficult when you are attempting to check in with luggage from the garage

Breakfast was OK, location in the center of Uppsala great

The guestrooms to the streets are really loud and the economy rooms look like youth hostel. Rooms to the backyard are OK

its location near the Bus station. I also enjoyed the fact that room and bathroom was really clean and hot water was hot.

No black curtains at the windows which can be a problem for non-Nordic travellers in Spring and Summer, Internet connection did not work in the room, juice machine was delivering water.

The location was convenient and we could walk to the center of the city in about 5 minutes.

Terrible breakfast!!! The staff did not seem to care about the guests and were always unfriendly.
